Notes: The Ticonic bridge, also called the Two Cent Bridge based on its original toll, is a small 700 foot long foot suspension bridge constructed in 1903. It was intended to ease transportation between the town of Waterville and the Hollingsworth & Whitney Company in Winslow, Maine. The bridge was a private effort, but was donated to the city of Waterville in 1960.
