Notes: The larger of two paper mills operating as the Stark Paper Company. The smaller mill was washed away in the flood of 1927 and never rebuilt. This mill operated in the 1920's but closed during the Depression of the 1930's. Eventually the mill was converted into an apartment complex in the mid 1970's.
